Water Tower gag

Preliminary model of tower.

So what I did was grab an initial idea from a tower that Matt found.
Put it on three legs so that when one is demolished, the whole thing tips over.
Decided to also stick a satellite dish on the roof, and are considering solar panels and more antenna.
Made the tower also serve as a guard tower to add a bit o suspense. Added spot lights.
The guards walkway is protected by a gate and a cage.
Wanted it to remind people of the tripods in War o the Worlds.

Here's what was running through my mind.
You
know that scene in MIB when the spaceship crashes to the ground? I
think there was a similar shot in one of the Star Trek NG films?

• Huge saucer type construction crashes to the ground.
• Now imagine it full of water, so that it doesn't explode with fire, but with liquid.
• Now imagine a couple of girls hanging onto the thang for dear life.
