Exercise for Juxtaposition and Rhythm: Killen the buzzzz

Decided that wrangling class mates in front of a camera was getting a bit old.
I'm thinking that I need to start thinking bout getting a job next year so some practice with Illustrator and After Effects might be good. Thinking bout maybe scoring a job doing motion graphics or something.

I'm also interested in exploring ways of speeding up production. I sketched out a quick storyboard on the back of a worksheet, built a character and some scenery in Illustrator, then sucked it all into After Effects and started to animate.
once I got the clips synced to the music track, the slip tool was invaluable for adjusting the action within the clip

Bouncing between AE, Premier, and Acid
Got the rough done in four days as submission for exercise

Once we had had the viewing and the teacher had made comments, I spent six days polishing the piece and realised the ending wasn't great so I allowed the bee to return home, and allowed a reuniting with a survivor.

Got some good expairance cutting the image, then creating a soundtrack in Acid, then re-cutting the image to the soundtrack
