Covid 19 : Day 4 of lock-down two: Bit cranky pants

We've been pretty lucky with the timing of these lock-downs. Last year we were stuck at home during the autumn, and this year spring has just started to ramp up. Early morning frosts have melted away in the bright sunshine.

I think that simplicity is the key to most things in life.
Especially when dealing with the ‘great unwashed’.
Not sure I understand what the deal is with curfews in Australia. In Kiwiland, a lockdown means you don't leave your house. Curfew built in. If you're outside your domicile at any time you better have a good reason.

Permits to travel around the city, yep had those since last year too.
N.S.W. applying curfews to some areas and not others just encourages people within those affected areas to feel like they are being persecuted.
People here feign confusion about what should be operating and what shouldn’t. It's a pretty easy definition. I think most people are just trying to find cracks that they can wiggle through.
The perceived confusion in the Australian governments, the knee-jerk mandates sometimes in direct opposition to an earlier stated position, must be doing Australians heads in?
Options don't necessarily beget freedom.

Went out in the car last evening and the roads were eerily quiet. There was the odd fuckwit cruising about looking for something or someone to do. But since we’re still not allowed to shoot fuckwits, they are something we just have to live with.
